Created, wrote, and taught curriculum for computer science courses revolving around HTML, CSS, and Swift coding (iOS), as well as engineered units around the design cycle and maker initiatives within the middle school.

Created and co-led a service learning committee that is worked to integrate service opportunities within the curricular framework across departments and divisions of our school.

Created a new salary model for teachers that was adopted by the school after presenting it to the board of directors and all faculty for implementation.
Held evening seminars for parents to better understand the mathematics program and curriculum, while also equipping them with strategies on how to best support their children at home.
Led student learning data goal initiative in growth mindset, as well as vertical alignment across divisions.
